A basic clean hotel with small rooms. Well located but no internet access.

I had a one night stay here due to its proximity to a conference. it is about 100 metres from an Irish pub. The rooms are very small with just a single bed and not enough space to swing a cat. However my room seemed recenlty refurbished and the bathroom was of very high quality. The nice Flat Screen TV a necessity given the space.

Biggest disappointment was the lack of internet access. The htoel guide mentioned wired internet but it did not work. I rang reception re wifi and they told me to get a pin number from an adjoinging 4 star hotel! Bizarre. I didn't bother.

Some vending machines in the lobby were useful on a late return from the pub.

A colleague got a smoking room and it sounded horrendous by comparison. Ground floor, giant window filling a wall, big ashtray.

Basically recommended if you don't mind a bit of a walk back to Centraal Station and don't need internet.

Approx €109 for the room plus another €16 for breakfast which was a rip-off.
